    3LPE-beschichtete Rohre bestehen aus 3 Schichten f\u00fcr die Rohrleitungsbeschichtung. Die erste Schicht ist die Epoxidschicht, die einen sehr guten Korrosionsschutz bietet. Die zweite Schicht ist die Klebstoff-Copolymer-Schicht, die eine gute chemische Bindung mit dem Schmelzepoxid und der obersten Polyethylenschicht aufweist. Die \u00e4u\u00dfere Schicht besteht aus Polyethylen(PE)-Materialien f\u00fcr den physikalischen Schutz.<\/p>\n

    Die 3LPE-Beschichtung bietet hervorragende Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit und mechanischen Schutz f\u00fcr Rohrleitungen mit gro\u00dfem und kleinem Durchmesser, auch bei hohen Temperaturen. Die 3LPE Kohlenstoffstahlrohre werden typischerweise f\u00fcr Anwendungen verwendet, die entweder untergetaucht oder erdverlegt sind, wie z.B. \u00d6l und Gas, Petrochemie, Abwasser, Trinkwasser, usw. Eine Methode zur Verbesserung der Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit ist die Beschichtung mit 3LPE.<\/p>\n
