Die 3-Schicht-Polypropylen- oder auch 3LPP-Rohrbeschichtung besteht aus drei Schichten. \u00c4hnlich wie bei der 3LPE-beschichteten Schicht besteht die erste Schicht aus schmelzgebundenem Epoxid (FBE) und die zweite Schicht aus einem Copolymer-Klebstoff. Der Unterschied liegt in der obersten Schicht: Polypropylen, das eine h\u00f6here Temperaturbest\u00e4ndigkeit von -40\u2103 bis 140\u2103 bietet.<\/p>\n

Die drei Schichten der Au\u00dfenbeschichtung haben hervorragende chemische Best\u00e4ndigkeitseigenschaften und sind abriebfest, s\u00e4ure- und laugenbest\u00e4ndig, kathodisch aufl\u00f6sbar usw. Die 3LPP-Beschichtung wird in der Regel auf Kohlenstoffstahlrohre mit gro\u00dfem Durchmesser aufgebracht, und die Lebensdauer von Stahlrohren mit 3LPP-Beschichtung kann mehr als 75 Jahre betragen. 3LPP-Stahlrohre finden eine breite Anwendung im Transportwesen, als Br\u00fcckenleitungen in der \u00d6l- und Gasindustrie, als Trinkwasserleitungen und als Prozesswasserleitungen.<\/p>\n
