El revestimiento anticorrosi\u00f3n epoxi de alquitr\u00e1n de hulla es un tipo de revestimiento de curado a temperatura ambiente, que se compone de resina epoxi modificada, resina de poliamida, brea de alquitr\u00e1n de hulla, pigmento de relleno y aditivos. Estos revestimientos tienen una fuerte adherencia y una excelente resistencia qu\u00edmica y al agua. El alquitr\u00e1n de hulla en el recubrimiento es para mejorar la tenacidad y la adherencia, evitar que la grieta de recubrimiento de asfalto, tales como NO, CO \u2082 \u00e1cido diluido de gas y resistencia a los \u00e1lcalis. La resina epoxi es un material formador de pel\u00edcula importante para la brea de alquitr\u00e1n de hulla epoxi. Tiene algunas caracter\u00edsticas como fuerte adherencia, baja contracci\u00f3n y buena estabilidad qu\u00edmica.<\/p>\n

El embalaje de pigmento puede aumentar el espesor de la pel\u00edcula de pintura, generalmente polvo de talco, cromo de zinc, mica, \u00f3xido de hierro rojo, etc. El revestimiento epoxi de carb\u00f3n es un revestimiento anticorrosivo ideal para tuber\u00edas de acero subterr\u00e1neas, que puede utilizarse como revestimiento anticorrosivo de la pared exterior de tuber\u00edas de agua de mar o agua dulce, tuber\u00edas subterr\u00e1neas de petr\u00f3leo y tuber\u00edas de calor, as\u00ed como pintura de acabado anticorrosiva para estanques de tratamiento de aguas residuales, tanques de almacenamiento y cabeceras de minas de carb\u00f3n. Puede utilizarse junto con tela de fibra de vidrio para formar revestimientos multicapa, de excelente resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n mejorada, o superresistentes. Las tuber\u00edas de acero enterradas pueden estar bien protegidas por el revestimiento epoxi de alquitr\u00e1n de hulla durante m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n
