    Les tubes rev\u00eatus de 3LPE se composent de trois couches pour le rev\u00eatement des pipelines. La premi\u00e8re couche est la couche d'\u00e9poxy qui offre une tr\u00e8s bonne protection contre la corrosion. La deuxi\u00e8me couche est la couche de copolym\u00e8re adh\u00e9sif qui a une bonne liaison chimique avec l'\u00e9poxy de fusion et la couche sup\u00e9rieure de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne. La couche ext\u00e9rieure est constitu\u00e9e de mat\u00e9riaux en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne (PE) pour la protection physique.<\/p>\n

    Le rev\u00eatement 3LPE offre une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion et une protection m\u00e9canique pour les pipelines de petit et grand diam\u00e8tre, m\u00eame \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Les tuyaux en acier au carbone 3LPE sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9s pour des applications submerg\u00e9es ou enterr\u00e9es, telles que le p\u00e9trole et le gaz, la p\u00e9trochimie, les eaux us\u00e9es, l'eau potable, etc. Une m\u00e9thode permettant d'am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion consiste \u00e0 les rev\u00eatir de 3LPE.<\/p>\n
