Le rev\u00eatement de tuyaux en polypropyl\u00e8ne \u00e0 trois couches, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de 3LPP, se compose de trois couches. Comme la couche rev\u00eatue de 3LPE, la premi\u00e8re couche est l'\u00e9poxy li\u00e9 par fusion (FBE) et la deuxi\u00e8me couche est un adh\u00e9sif copolym\u00e8re, ce qui les distingue est la couche de surface sup\u00e9rieure : le polypropyl\u00e8ne, qui fournit une plus grande r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature allant de -40\u2103 \u00e0 140\u2103.<\/p>\n

Les trois couches du rev\u00eatement externe ont d'excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de r\u00e9sistance chimique et de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'abrasion, \u00e0 l'acide, \u00e0 l'alcali et au d\u00e9capage cathodique, etc. Le rev\u00eatement 3LPP est couramment appliqu\u00e9 sur les tuyaux en acier au carbone de grand diam\u00e8tre et la dur\u00e9e de vie des tuyaux en acier rev\u00eatus de 3LPP peut \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 75 ans. Le tube d'acier 3LPP a une large application pour le transport, le pipeline de pont utilis\u00e9 dans le p\u00e9trole et le gaz, les pipelines d'eau potable et l'eau de traitement de l'usine.<\/p>\n
