Le tuyau d'acier isol\u00e9 \u00e0 la mousse de polyur\u00e9thane, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 tuyau pr\u00e9-isol\u00e9 \u00e0 la mousse d'ur\u00e9thane, tuyau de chauffage urbain en polyur\u00e9thane, est un tuyau d'isolation dont le mat\u00e9riau d'isolation est la mousse plastique rigide de polyur\u00e9thane. Il se compose de tuyaux porteurs int\u00e9rieurs en acier, d'une couche d'isolation interm\u00e9diaire rigide en mousse de polyur\u00e9thane et d'une couche de protection ext\u00e9rieure. Elle offre des syst\u00e8mes de haute performance capables de transporter des liquides \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures contr\u00f4l\u00e9es allant de -350\u00b0 F \u00e0 +250\u00b0 F. La mousse d'ur\u00e9thane remplit uniform\u00e9ment l'espace entre le tube porteur et la gaine, et est utilis\u00e9e pour transporter des liquides et des gaz \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures allant de -200\u00b0C \u00e0 250\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Couche de mat\u00e9riaux d'isolation<\/h3>\n

La mousse de polyur\u00e9thane rigide est inject\u00e9e dans la cavit\u00e9 entre le tube d'acier et la couche ext\u00e9rieure par une machine de moussage \u00e0 haute pression. La mousse de polyur\u00e9thane poss\u00e8de de bonnes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et adiabatiques et peut supporter des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es jusqu'\u00e0 120\u2103. Elle peut r\u00e9sister \u00e0 180\u2103 en la modifiant ou en la combinant avec d'autres mat\u00e9riaux d'isolation thermique. Le mat\u00e9riau peut \u00eatre : Pour garder le froid(-200\u2103\u223c120\u2103) Mousse de polyur\u00e9thane ; Pour garder la chaleur (120 \u2103\u223c300\u2103) Mousse de polyur\u00e9thane+ Silice (laine min\u00e9rale).<\/p>\n

Tuyau de tubage ext\u00e9rieur<\/h3>\n

Les tuyaux pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s en plastique poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne noir ou jaune peuvent prot\u00e9ger la couche d'isolation en polyur\u00e9thane des dommages m\u00e9caniques, de la corrosion et de l'imperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9. Le mat\u00e9riau peut \u00eatre un tuyau en PEHD (pour les tuyaux souterrains ou a\u00e9riens) ou un tuyau en plastique renforc\u00e9 de fibres de verre.<\/p>\n
