L'acciaio di grado T11 offre elevata resistenza all'ossidazione, plasticit\u00e0 e resistenza termica anche a 580\u2103. Ha una buona saldabilit\u00e0, necessita di un preriscaldamento a 300\u2103 prima della saldatura e di un trattamento di rimozione delle tensioni dopo la saldatura; \u00e8 stato ampiamente utilizzato nel surriscaldatore di caldaie ad alta pressione, ad altissima pressione e in centrali elettriche subcritiche, nella testata e nel condotto principale del vapore. Grado T11 specificato in ASTM A213 che fanno Ferrite e Austenitic caldaia surriscaldatore e scambiatore di calore tubo di acciaio senza saldatura.<\/p>\n
