Ongelijkmatige coating. De fundamentele manifestatie van dit soort problemen is dat het conserveringsmiddel ongelijk verdeeld is over het oppervlak van de stalen pijp. Sommige delen zijn te dik gecoat, terwijl andere delen te dun of helemaal niet gecoat zijn met olie. Daarom overschrijdt de dikte van de coating op de plaats waar de coating te dik is de norm, wat leidt tot verspilling; en de plaats waar de coating te dun is of niet bedekt, vermindert het anticorrosievermogen van de stalen pijp, wat leidt tot uiteindelijke corrosie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Antiseptische hangende druppels. Het anticorrosiemiddel stolt op het oppervlak van de stalen pijp als waterdruppels, wat het fenomeen is van anticorrosiemiddel hangende druppels. Het optreden van dit fenomeen heeft vaak geen directe invloed op de corrosieweerstand, en het kan ook de corrosieweerstand garanderen die de stalen pijp vereist; maar vanuit esthetisch oogpunt is er geen corrosieweerstand. De stalen pijp met druipend middel ziet er dof en ongelijk uit, wat het uiterlijk van de stalen pijp direct aantast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Antiseptisch schuimen. Doordat er lucht in het conserveringsmiddel komt, worden er bellen gevormd in de coating van de stalen pijp. Deze bellen vari\u00ebren in grootte afhankelijk van de specificaties van de stalen pijp. De vorm van de grotere luchtbellen lijkt op de luchtbellen op de beschermkap van de afstandsbedieningen van sommige huishoudelijke apparaten, en de luchtbellen zullen breken wanneer er met een beetje kracht op wordt gedrukt.
