    API 5CT is een specificatie voor casing en tubing voor de aardolie- en aardgasindustrie, gebruikt voor boorputten. Deze norm specificeert de technische leveringsvoorwaarden voor stalen buizen (casing, tubing en pup joints), koppelingsmateriaal, koppelingsmateriaal en hulpmateriaal en stelt eisen aan drie productspecificatieniveaus (PSL-1, PSL-2, PSL-3). Grade N80 is een API 5CT-olieomhullingsbuis en wordt meestal gebruikt voor oliebronnen met verschillende eindaansluitingen, zoals niet-opgezette uiteinden of een extern verstoord uiteinde.<\/p>\n

    Er zijn twee types API 5CT N80 olieveld omhulselbuizen: N80-1 en N80-Q types, die dezelfde chemische samenstelling en mechanische eigenschappen hebben, maar alleen verschillend zijn in de warmtebehandeling. N801 stalen buis wordt behandeld door normaliseren en ontlaten en N80Q wordt behandeld door afschrikken en ontlaten. De bezwijksterkte en inwendige druksterkte van N80Q zijn hoger dan die van N801.<\/p>\n
