Fusie gebonden epoxy, ook bekend als FBE coating, de FBE zijn dunne thermohardende polymeer coatings van epoxy-hars poeder materialen gevormd in het oppervlak van de stalen basisbuis door elektrostatisch spuiten. De FBE-coating heeft een uitstekende corrosieweerstand, hecht zich stevig aan het oppervlak van de stalen basispijp met de coating en verlengt de levensduur van stalen pijpen die een constante gronddruk bieden.<\/p>\n

FBE coating is widely used for internal and external corrosion protection of oil & gas pipelines due to its excellent adhesion and anti-cathode stripping properties. As an external anti-corrosion coating, FBE mainly includes single-layer FBE coating, double-layer FBE(DPS) coating, three-layer extruded polyethylene (3LPE), etc. It can realize long-term anti-corrosion protection of pipes and combine them with cathodic protection.<\/p>\n
