    3LPE-gecoate pijpen bestaan uit 3 lagen voor het coaten van pijpleidingen. De eerste laag is de epoxylaag die een zeer goede corrosiebescherming biedt. De tweede laag is de zelfklevende copolymeerlaag die een goede chemische binding heeft met de fusie-epoxy en de bovenste laag polyethyleen. De buitenste laag bestaat uit polyethyleen (PE) voor fysieke bescherming.<\/p>\n

    De 3LPE-coating biedt een uitstekende corrosieweerstand en mechanische bescherming voor pijpleidingen met grote en kleine diameters, zelfs bij hoge temperaturen. Koolstofstalen buizen van 3LPE worden gewoonlijk gebruikt voor toepassingen onder water of onder de grond, zoals olie en gas, petrochemie, riolering, drinkwater, enz. Een van de methoden om de corrosieweerstand te verbeteren, is door ze te coaten met 3LPE.<\/p>\n
