3-Layer Polypropylene of ook bekend als 3LPP pijpcoating bestaat uit drie lagen. Net als bij de 3LPE gecoate laag is de eerste laag de fusiegebonden epoxy (FBE) en de tweede laag copolymeerlijm. Wat hen onderscheidt, is de bovenste oppervlaktelaag: polypropyleen, dat een hogere temperatuurbestendigheid biedt, vari\u00ebrend van -40\u2103 tot 140\u2103.<\/p>\n

De drie lagen externe coating hebben uitstekende chemische weerstandseigenschappen en weerstand tegen schuren, zuur, alkali en kathodische ontbinding, enz. De 3LPP coating wordt meestal toegepast op koolstofstalen buizen met een grote diameter en de levensduur van stalen buizen met een 3LPP coating kan meer dan 75 jaar zijn. De 3LPP stalen pijp heeft een brede toepassing voor transport, brugpijpleiding gebruikt in olie & gas, drinkwaterleidingen en plantaardig proceswater.<\/p>\n
