De betonverzwaringscoating is een coating die door de fabriek wordt aangebracht en die het gewicht van de stalen buis zelf aanzienlijk verhoogt. De betonverzwaringscoating wordt meestal aangebracht in combinatie met andere coatingsystemen zoals FBE en 3L PP\/PE. Het oppervlak van PP of PE anticorrosiepijp die wordt gebruikt voor betongewicht heeft meestal geen behandeling nodig of een kleine hoeveelheid wolbehandeling (elektrisch staal borstelen, corona, enz.) zodat de anticorrosielaag en het beton beter gecombineerd kunnen worden om de antischuifprestaties te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>Het is een beton en mengsel van cement, zand, ijzererts en draad wikkelproces tot een uniforme laag om het gewicht te verhogen en houdt de anti-corrosie coating vrij van schade.
