    De coating van polyethyleen met hoge dichtheid (HDPE) heeft een sterke hechtkracht met de lege buis, die niet zal afschilferen onder externe druk en ook kan worden gebogen en verwerkt bij kamertemperatuur. De buizen zijn aan beide uiteinden voorzien van lasflenzen die het stroomimpregnatieproces toepassen om de binnen- en buitenwanden van de stalen buis gelijkmatig en stevig te bedekken met polyethyleenpoeder met lage dichtheid, waardoor de mechanische sterkte en corrosiewering sterk worden verbeterd. Tijdens de installatie moeten tussen de twee flenzen van de gecoate composietbuis afdichtingskussens worden aangebracht en kunnen de bouten worden aangedraaid. De buitentemperatuur is -40\u2103-90\u2103 en de wateroverdrachtstemperatuur is -30\u2103-80\u2103. De API 5L\/5CT flensgelaste HDPE stalen pijp is een type ommanteld, met spray-applied polyurethaanschuim ge\u00efsoleerd leidingsysteem voor olie- en gasdistributie op de grond. Het polyurethaansysteem met schuimvorming biedt maximale thermische effici\u00ebntie voor optimale prestaties van cryogene en zeer lage warmtegeleidingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt.<\/p>\n
