Polyurethaanschuim ge\u00efsoleerde stalen buis ook wel aangeduid als urethaanschuim pre-ge\u00efsoleerde leidingen, PU stadsverwarmingsbuizen is de isolatie pijp met stijf polyurethaanschuim kunststof als isolatiemateriaal, gemaakt van binnenste stalen buizen, middelste stijve polyurethaanschuim isolatielaag en buitenste beschermende laag. Het biedt hoogwaardige systemen die vloeistoffen kunnen vervoeren bij gecontroleerde temperaturen van -350\u00b0 F tot +250\u00b0 F met urethaanschuim dat de ruimte tussen de transportpijp en de mantel gelijkmatig vult en wordt gebruikt voor het transport van vloeistoffen en gassen met temperaturen van -200\u00b0C tot 250\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Isolatiematerialen laag<\/h3>\n

Stijf polyurethaanschuim wordt door een hogedrukschuimmachine in de holte tussen de stalen buis en de buitenlaag gespoten. Polyurethaanschuim heeft goede mechanische en adiabatische eigenschappen en is bestand tegen hoge temperaturen tot 120\u2103. Het kan 180\u2103 weerstaan door aanpassing of combinatie met andere warmte-isolatiematerialen. Het materiaal kan zijn: Voor het houden van koude (-200\u2103\u223c120\u2103) Polyurethaanschuim; Voor het houden van warme (120 \u2103\u223c300\u2103) Polyurethaanschuim + Silica (minerale wol)<\/p>\n

Buitenste verbuizing<\/h3>\n

De geprefabriceerde zwarte of gele polyethyleen plastic pijp kan de polyurethaan isolatielaag beschermen tegen mechanische schade, anticorrosief, waterdicht. Het materiaal kan HDPE pijp (voor ondergronds\/bovengronds) of Glasvezel versterkte kunststof pijp zijn.<\/p>\n
