    The pre-insulated steel pipe is composed of carrier steel pipe, HDPE Casing pipe and jacketed foaming, which is used for insulation and cooling of indoor and outdoor pipelines, central heating pipelines, central air conditioning pipelines, chemical industry, medicine and long-distance transportation pipelines of petroleum. The above-ground steel pipe is a type of fiberglass jacketed, spray-applied polyurethane foam insulated piping system for above ground for centralized district heating or distribution of liquids from -320\u00b0F to 250\u00b0F.\u00a0 The polyurethane system with foaming provides maximum thermal efficiency to optimum performance of cryogenic and very low heat conductivity coefficient.<\/p>\n

    HDPE Casing<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Outside casing pipe is manufactured from high-density Polyurethane with added antioxidants, UV stabilizers and carbon black. The internal surface of PE pipes is processed with Corona treatment in order to achieve better adhesion with PUR foam.<\/p>\n
